Tisha Kresler

Chief Communications Officer

Tisha Kresler serves as Chief Communications Officer of Pennsylvania Data Center Partners, a leading developer of high-density, power-first data infrastructure. In this role, she is responsible for driving the company’s comprehensive communications strategy—including media relations, investor messaging, public affairs, digital platforms, and brand positioning—as it scales development to meet surging demand from AI, hyperscale, and cloud providers.

A strategic advisor to the C-suite, Tisha translates complex business, policy, and technical objectives into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, enterprise and community partners, and the public. Her leadership spans all communications channels, including social and digital media, helping position Pennsylvania Data Center Partners as a forward-looking player in one of the most capital-intensive and high-growth sectors of real estate and technology.

Before joining PA Data Centers, Tisha spent 15 years at Rubenstein, one of the nation’s top strategic communications and reputation management firms. As Executive Vice President in the firm’s Corporate Reputation group, she led high-stakes communications efforts for Fortune 500 companies and institutional clients navigating complex challenges—from business transformations and regulatory scrutiny to executive transitions and crisis response. Her client portfolio spanned global tech companies, media and entertainment firms, real estate developers, financial institutions, hospitals, universities, nonprofits, and high-profile executives.

Earlier in her career, Tisha held senior communications roles at Global Crossing, a publicly traded telecommunications and infrastructure company, and at Citi Habitats, a leading New York City real estate brokerage. Across these roles, she developed deep expertise in positioning companies through times of growth, market change, and reputational risk.
