Stefan Amraly

Head of Energy Infrastructure

Stefan Amraly is Head of Energy Infrastructure at Pennsylvania Data Center Partners, where he leads the strategy, development, and delivery of integrated power solutions supporting next-generation hyperscale and AI-driven data center campuses. With more than two decades of global leadership experience, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to his role that combines technical innovation, market strategy, and capital deployment to advance resilient, scalable energy infrastructure.

An experienced energy and infrastructure executive, Stefan has built his career across power generation, energy markets, and electrified mobility, delivering complex projects and infrastructure solutions at scale. He has developed and financed large-scale energy projects spanning gas, renewable, and hybrid systems, totaling more than 1.8 GW of capacity and over $1.4 billion in project financing across multiple U.S. and international regions.

Stefan previously served as Principal Managing Director of DynamiX Energy Group, where he led the development of integrated energy campuses combining on-site power generation, storage, and advanced infrastructure solutions tailored for data centers and industrial applications. His expertise spans site development, permitting, capital structuring, commodities, and revenue optimization across major energy markets.

Stefan’s background also includes serving as Chief Executive Office of Falcon Motors, where he oversaw development of light mobility scout vehicles for government applications, and off-road use. He previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Lotus Energy Group, organizing the building of gas turbines, wind turbines, solar farms, and integrated energy generation technology.

He holds executive education credentials, including a Master of Arts in Leadership from Columbia Business School, and studied avionics engineering at the College of Aeronautics.

Stefan holds multiple patents in the energy, aircraft and aerospace fields, and is a certified private pilot. He has been actively involved in philanthropy throughout his career, including volunteering as a firefighter specializing in heavy rescue.
