Igal J. Feibush is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pennsylvania Data Center Partners. He oversees the company’s comprehensive strategy, direction, and overall growth. A forward-thinking executive, he brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to the development of next-generation hyperscale data centers. His leadership emphasizes a commitment to excellence and achieving sustained value creation for all stakeholders.
Under his direction, Pennsylvania Data Center Partners has pioneered a “Site, Power, Build” approach—identifying development sites and collaborating with utilities to secure rapid and scalable access to power, while building facilities designed for the ever-evolving hyperscale computing requirements. This process aligns with the company’s mission to support the efficient delivery of the digital infrastructure used for training and deploying generative AI models.
Igal previously founded Stone Canyon Capital Partners in 2006, a privately held real estate opportunity fund that has executed on over $3 billion in transactions across residential, hospitality, and industrial asset classes. Projects include a two million sq. ft. industrial park outside Atlanta, fourteen branded hotels, and more than $1.5 billion in residential developments.
In 1993, Feibush founded Citi Habitats, Inc. and served as Chairman and CEO for more than a decade. Under his leadership, Citi Habitats became New York City’s fastest-growing residential real estate brokerage, expanding to over 600 agents across eleven offices, and established a strong commercial investment sales division.
In addition to his personal business ventures, Feibush has served as an investor, board member, and mentor to multiple operating companies and start-ups. He is also deeply engaged in philanthropic causes, serving as a passionate advocate for the State of Israel and the fight against antisemitism. Among other leadership positions, he previously served as Co-Chairman of the Young Real Estate Division of the UJA-Federation of New York.
Igal attended both the University of Maryland, College Park and the State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany.
