On September 9, 2025, Pennsylvania Data Center Partners and PowerHouse Data Centers hosted an informational gathering in Carlisle, PA for the community to learn more about the data center coming to Middlesex Township. Residents were invited to engage directly with the development team and ask questions about the upcoming project. The developers were joined by subject matter experts from LIVIC Civil Engineering, PPL Electric Utilities, Hazen and Sawyer, ECS Mid-Atlantic Limited, and Ambrook Consulting. Topics included power, job opportunities, tax benefits, environmental, infrastructure upgrades, and more.
